Body image is a big part of the self-image and by starting to be conscious of it we can better understand it and control it. But once we have that kind of control we can have a good life with fitness.

The first thing that you need to do is to understand that your body needs proper nutrition. It also needs regular exercise in order to stay healthy. The other thing that you need to understand is that your body needs regular discipline and self control.

Once you understand these things, you will start to get more in touch with your body. When you feel pain, you need to control it, when you feel hunger you need to control it and if you are feeling tired you need to control it.
